Like many modern mobile applications, we use Software Development Kits (SDKs) to make our App function correctly.
Data Retention: We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. If you stop using Moodo but do not delete your account, we will securely retain your data in the cloud so you can access your historical mood records upon returning.
Account Deletion (if any): If you have created or logged into an account within our App, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data. You can exercise this right instantly within Moodo by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
Once initiated, your account, login credentials, mood history, journal entries, and AI chat logs will be permanently deleted from our active production servers. (Note: Residual copies may remain in secure backup systems for a limited time up to 30 days due to automated backup cycles before being fully erased).
Our servers are primarily located in the United States. If you are accessing our App from outside this region, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us and our third-party service providers in other countries. We take all necessary measures to ensure your personal information is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
